We make teams look like they already won.
Resurgence is the custom apparel arm of DesignXpress. We exist to give athletes, clubs, and organizations uniforms and gear that actually look as good as they perform.
We started because most “custom” team apparel looked cheap, faded after two washes, or took forever to arrive. We decided to fix that.
Every order at Resurgence is treated like it belongs on national television. We use only the highest-grade fabrics, the best inks, and obsessive attention to detail in every seam and print.
Whether you need 12 elite sublimated basketball jerseys or 60 DTF graphic hoodies for your travel team — we deliver gear your athletes will be proud to wear.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Sublimation and DTF printing?+
Sublimation dyes the fabric itself at a molecular level — unlimited colors, no feel on the surface, extremely durable, and ideal for full-bleed athletic uniforms. DTF (Direct-to-Film) applies a high-resolution printed film transfer onto the garment. It excels on cotton and blends, offers incredible detail for graphics and streetwear, and works great on hoodies, tees, and crewnecks.
Which method should my team use?+
Performance uniforms and jerseys (basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc.) almost always look and perform best with full sublimation. For hoodies, graphic tees, crewnecks, and lifestyle teamwear, DTF delivers bold, long-lasting prints with excellent detail and value.
How long does production take?+
Standard lead time is 7–14 business days after quote approval. Rush options are available for an additional fee. We will always give you an honest timeline before you commit.
What file types do you accept for logos?+
We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and EPS. Vector files (AI/EPS) are preferred for the cleanest results, especially for sublimation. We can also work from sketches or low-res references and help refine them.
Do you offer samples?+
Yes. We can produce physical samples for most orders over 15 units. Sample cost is credited toward your final order.
Can you match my exact team colors?+
Absolutely. We have access to the full Pantone library and will match your primary, secondary, and accent colors as closely as possible.
